Our funding structure
Our cash funds are provided through a strategic partnership of purchasing vehicles, namely Sheet Anchor Evolve, Sheet Anchor (London) Ltd and Grainrent. All three are subsidiaries of the Sheet Anchor Group with assets in excess of £800,000,000.
We look for ways we can develop our portfolio on a daily basis, and if something catches our eye we don’t hang about. We like to keep an open mind about how we approach projects, and are always keen to discuss complementary avenues of investment in a range of sectors.
