Evolve Estates strengthens Woolshops by M with renewals and new lease

Evolve Estates, part of commercial property and investment collective M Core, has announced the successful completion of two lease renewals and a new lease agreement at Woolshops by M in Halifax. 

New tenant, Cell Buddy has signed a five-year lease for Unit 9. The phone retailer will take 925 sq ft space within the shopping centre.

Independent café and current tenant, Gardiners, has extended its commitment to Woolshops by M by renewing its lease for a further seven years for Unit 31, encompassing 1,793 sq ft.

Lastly, Bank of Scotland has demonstrated its commitment to Woolshops by M by renewing its lease on Market Street in its current 5,077 sq ft unit for an additional five years.

These transactions further solidify the centre’s position as a key retail destination within the town.
