Evolve Estates adds British lifestyle brand, Crew Clothing to Queens Walk, East Grinstead.

National commercial and investment property company, Evolve Estates, part of M Core, welcomed British lifestyle brand, crew clothing back in February. The parade is in a busy retail procession fronting both London Road and Queens Walk shopping concourse. Crew Clothing will join Boots and Costa amongst other retailers. The main town centre car-park neighbours Queens walk, approximately a three-minute walk west of the 2,700 sqft space. Crew clothing added this location to its current portfolio of 100 stores across the UK.

West Sussex has become a key commercial hub with the region’s relatively affluent population providing advantageous opportunities for fashion retailers targeting consumers with higher disposable incomes across the mix or urban and rural areas in the region.
