Evolve Estates announces further growth within its property and asset management teams

Starting with the recent promotion of Guy Robinson to Head of Property Management and Dan Davies joining Evolve as Senior Asset Manager and Simon Fletcher joining as Strategic Council Executive. The expansion to the team comes as Evolve Estates continues to strengthen its portfolio, currently valued at over £400 million.
Guy joined Evolve Estates in March 2022 and cemented himself as a key member of the asset management team, demonstrating key leadership skills throughout the business. His new role will allow him to combine these, with 15 years of property management experience. His responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining high levels of customer service and operational standards through proactive leadership.
Dan Davies joins Evolve from Ellandi and brings with him a wealth of experience in retail asset management, with nine years’ experience in the sector. Having previously managed 1.5million Sq ft portfolio. At Evolve, Dan will be responsible for managing a significant portion of the company’s shopping centre portfolio. His role will encompass all aspects of financial, capital, and operational management of the assigned properties. He will also play a key role in mentoring and assisting in the development of other asset managers, as well as implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the portfolio further.
Simon Fletcher joins the team as a consultant leading strategic Council discussions. Simon brings an extremely valuable array of experience in the public and private sector, with inward investment and development at its core. Working with Evolve and its partners across the UK, he will help facilitate public and private investment, invigorating and enriching town and city centres across Evolve’s existing portfolio as well as ongoing opportunities.
