Evolve Estates expands its portfolio with the acquisition of Dolphin Quays, a landmark mixed-use development in Poole

Evolve Estates, part M Core has acquired Dolphin Quays, a mixed-use development comprising retail, leisure, offices, residential and a car park on a 2.62-acre site of prime harbourfront land. Dolphin Quays is one of the harbourfront's principal restaurant and café destinations in Poole.
This latest acquisition further demonstrates Evolves' expertise in identifying opportunities to buy, manage, and curate landmark mixed-use developments in attractive regional locations.
Poole is an affluent town that attracts circa 9 million tourists a year, contributing £1.35bn to the economy annually. It currently ranks in the top 100 Retail Market Areas and is well-connected with excellent transport links.

Poole’s retail offer extends south from the railway station along the pedestrianised High Street, through the Old Town and down to the harbourfront. The harbourfront provides an excellent array of pubs, bars, restaurants, and good public amenity space, including outdoor seating, public art displays, and extensive pedestrianised walkways past Dolphin Quays.
