Evolve Estates expands team with new Head of Facilities Management and shares Asset Management promotions

The team at Evolve Estates, part of M Core, is delighted to announce the appointment of Louise Coulson as the new Head of Facilities Management and two promotions for Adam Davies and Kat Behbahani within Asset Management.

With extensive experience as a Senior Regional Facilities Manager, Louise brings a wealth of expertise in overseeing services across retail, leisure, office, and industrial sites for a diverse portfolio of major blue-chip clients.

In this key role, she will lead a team of Regional Facilities Managers at Evolve Estates, ensuring the delivery of statutory compliance and managing cyclical and reactive maintenance for the company’s buildings. As the strategic lead, Louise will also facilitate interaction between service lines within the wider group and collaborate with external consultants, providing critical internal advice and knowledge on all aspects of statutory compliance, health and safety, and fire risk management.

Evolve continues to invest in its growing professional team by nurturing internal talent and providing opportunities for professional development. Both Kat Behbahani and Adam Davies have been promoted to Senior Asset Manager following their success in driving value of Evolve’s growing property portfolio through building and maintaining strong relationships with occupiers to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
