Following a robust start to the year, Evolve Estates remains focused on acquiring new properties, while meticulously executing asset-specific business plans.
Since January, Evolve Estates, part of M Core Property, has experienced impressive growth, expanding its managed portfolio which now sits at 94 assets, bringing the total number of units to an impressive 1,661. Despite market fluctuations, Evolve's managed assets have transitioned from £350 million in January to £450 million by the end of June, demonstrating the company’s ability to transact and drive value through new acquisitions and intensive asset management.
In-line with its portfolio growth, the property firm has expanded its team with the addition of Vicki Harris as Property Manager, further strengthening its team with experienced personnel. The company have since employed another Senior Asset Manager and Property Manager who both join later in July.
In addition to welcoming new team members, Evolve Estates has also recognised outstanding contributions from its existing team. Both Chris Daly and Philip M Murphy were promoted to Directors of Sheet Anchor Evolve, whilst Ryan Avery and Mike Dobey were promoted to Senior Property Managers.
