Evolve Estates, Part of M Core, welcomes Gareth Vance’s new salon to Crown Buildings, Leeds

National commercial property and investment company, Evolve Estates, part of M Core, has welcomed ex Vidal Sassoon creative director, Gareth Vance to its Crown Buildings asset in Leeds.

The new premium salon takes on a 2,418 sq ft unit on Ludgate Hill, as the eastern part of Leeds city centre continues it’s the regeneration plans. In addition, having bought the asset last year with void units, the new lease is a true testament to Evolve Estate’s fast paced, and action led asset management, as the asset is now officially fully let.

It is a design collaboration between Ashton Smith Associates, Gareth and his team, fusing together inspiration from the Victorian listed building, le Corbusier, recycled/repurposed/reused and the inspiring design ideas from one of the UKs best architecture firms.
