Evolve Estates signs two new tenants at Penicuik Centre
We are thrilled to have secured these two new brands at Penicuik Centre further strengthening both our food and beverage and retail offering.

Evolve Estates has signed two new tenants at the Penicuik Centre in Scotland.
Popular sushi restaurant, Yokohama Sushi, has agreed a 10-year lease on a 824 sq ft unit at the scheme, joining other food and beverage tenants such as Greggs and Domino’s.
Maj Gifts Ornaments will also be opening a location at the scheme later this year in a 1,940 sq ft unit on a one-year lease.
These new brands join existing tenants such as centre anchor, B&M, at the scheme, which is positioned in the heart of the commuter town, just 10 miles south of Edinburgh.
