Evolve, Part of M Core acquires Food Anchored convenience Centre in Uttoxeter

Evolve Estate, Part of M Core, has acquired Carter Sq. Uttoxeter, a valuable addition to its expanding retail portfolio in the North. 

The 64-acre site is a retail-led scheme, in a historic market town, centrally located within Staffordshire, sitting 17miles east of Stoke-On-Tent and 14miles north-east of Stafford.  Carter Square serves as the town’s prime retailing location and offers a modern open-air shopping centre totalling 15 units across 68,241sq ft, with anchor tenants including Asda Home Bargains and Costa Coffee, there is also a large surface 165 space car park
