Evolve Estates has completed lettings on the last remaining units at M Waterbourne Walk Shopping Centre in Leighton Buzzard.
The latest tenant arrivals include @Love Desserts (Unit 9a), Top Tee Golf (Unit 12-13), and children’s soft play, Fuzinity (Unit 14), covering a combined space of 9,582 sq ft.
These brands join existing tenants Waitrose, New Look, Argos, Domino’s and Caffè Nero, further diversifying the dining and leisure offerings at the centre for the Leighton Buzzard local community.
Acquired in 2021 by Evolve Estates, M Waterbourne Walk Shopping Centre comprises 20 retail units over 77,750 sq ft. Strategically situated between West Street and the historic High Street pitch, the shopping centre offers easy access to the town centre and its principal car parking facilities.
